The fully automatic magnetic ring winding machine has two winding stations, with dual hook needle linkage and simultaneous up and down. The longest stroke on one side is 850mm. The device rotates at an angle for each turn, and the magnetic core wire arranger moves according to the programmed parameters. The angle is 100% non unhooking and does not damage the wire. When winding a common mode inductor, each station winds a winding. After winding one winding, the feeding mechanism takes the magnetic ring from the conveyor belt and places it in the first station. At the same time, the magnetic ring that has been wound in one winding in the first station is taken and placed in the second station. At this time, the magnetic ring in the second station has already been wound, and the material is clamped and unloaded through the feeding mechanism. However, when winding differential mode inductors, due to the fact that the differential mode inductor only has one winding, both loading and unloading must be clamped twice, so that both workstations have unwrapped magnetic rings before starting winding.

The above two winding methods can be adjusted through program settings. The maximum movement of the circular guide rail can reach 340 °, and the line spacing movement is set according to digital angles. Each layer can be set at any angle. So theoretically, the maximum angle of a single winding of the magnetic ring is 340 °. This device cannot be wound with a 360 ° magnetic ring.
