1、 How is the fully automatic magnetic ring winding machine wound?
1. Take the magnetic ring that has not yet been wound with copper wire, and the magnetic ring that needs to be wound with copper wire will stop at a specific position through the conveyor belt, and the sensor will detect whether it stops at the specified position. At this point, the robotic arm picks up the magnetic ring and places it on the fixture at the winding position to prepare for winding;
2. Copper wire feeding, copper wire passes through components such as pulleys, passes through the wire nozzle, and is clamped by a clamp. At this time, pneumatic scissors are used to cut the wire at a fixed position near the wire shaft. Keep the length of the wire at a fixed value, which facilitates winding and saves wire material. The length of the wire can be set in advance, and the required length of the wire can be calculated by calculating parameters such as the size of the magnetic ring, wire diameter, and number of turns. Once these materials are ready, you can start winding.
3. The section between the cut wire connecting clip and the wire nozzle is placed just above the magnetic ring. The hook needle passes through the magnetic ring from below and forms a cross state with the wire. When the hook needle is being retracted, it just hooks the wire. Since one end is fixed, the other end of the wire passes through the magnetic ring from the center and is then clamped by another clip, winding back from the outside of the magnetic ring to the top of the magnetic ring, This completes one loop of winding.
4. The clamp for clamping the magnetic ring can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise around the center of the magnetic ring, and the distance and time of rotation can be set, so as to adjust the position and spacing of each circle in the magnetic ring during the winding process. Meet the requirements of magnetic ring production.
When the magnetic ring clamp clamps the magnetic ring, it occupies a part of the magnetic ring, which cannot be wound during winding. Therefore, fully automatic magnetic ring winding machines are often suitable for common mode winding and 340 ° winding.
In addition, the hook needle achieves reciprocating motion, which has a maximum stroke problem. It is to hook a line, and all lines pass through the magnetic ring in order to wind the next circle. If the line does not completely pass through the magnetic ring, it cannot wind the next circle. The crochet moves up and down in a reciprocating motion, and the machine is not infinitely high, nor can it move too high. Therefore, the movement stroke of the crochet is limited. So there are limitations to the length of the wire we wind. Generally, a distance of 1-1.6m is more suitable.
