1、 Before using the fully automatic winding machine, confirm the power supply:
Our fully automatic winding machine has a unidirectional voltage of AC220V ± 10%. We confirm that the voltage is within the above range. If the range of the fully automatic winding machine is unstable, it is likely to cause voltage damage to the fully automatic winding machine.
2、 Before using the fully automatic winding machine, confirm the air pressure:

The required air pressure for this device is within the range of 0.5mpa ± 0.1mpa. Before using the fully automatic winding machine, please adjust the air pressure to the above range. When the air pressure is too low, turn off the power supply of the fully automatic winding machine to keep the device in a stagnant state. After the above two operations, turn on the green power switch on the right side of the fully automatic winding machine.
3、 Before using the fully automatic winding machine, perform a reset:
① Before using the fully automatic winding machine, the main air source must be turned on and the equipment must be reset to its original position.
② Press the reset button to restore the fully automatic winding machine to its original position, which means the reset is completed. This is when the reset light comes on.
③ When the automatic winding machine does not return to the original position in accordance with the requirements, the device will alarm and display the alarm content. The alarm content can be effectively cleared by referring to the 1/0 table.
