The groove shape of the flat wire wheel is mainly rectangular or rectangular, and the width and thickness of the guide wheel are greater than those of conventional steel wire wheels. When winding a single round wire, V-shaped guide wheels are generally used, and the wire can be effectively guided in the V-shaped groove. The standard configuration of many automatic winding machines is generally V-shaped guide wheels, and the winding of multiple round wires requires a strand of enameled wire, so its configuration is relatively special and requires U-shaped guide wheels.

Different winding machines have different winding processes, and the same goes for wire wheels. There are certain differences in the material of different types of steel wire wheels. Metal, nylon, copper, and aluminum alloy materials are commonly used for winding coils, and some special winding coils are also special.

As is well known, winding machines are precision equipment widely used in transformer manufacturers. There are strict requirements for the production environment and processing technology. The operation of a winding mentioned earlier has a significant impact on the power of the motor. There are currently two commonly used controllers for winding machines. One is a universal controller provided by an integrated supplier, and the other is a controller developed by a manufacturer. The common faults of the controller are the strong current control part and buttons. These issues cannot be resolved by the user themselves, and the manufacturer needs to be notified for repair. Frequency converter faults are also quite common, and can be determined by viewing the display interface of the frequency converter. Users with motor faults should pay attention to whether the motor has abnormal noise, whether the temperature rise is normal, and stop the overload operation of the equipment during use; The brake is a vulnerable component and should be adjusted promptly after using the winding machine for a period of time, and replaced if necessary.

Malfunctions caused by improper setting of the electrical control system.

Improper system settings are considered a soft fault. The winding machine has a complex control system and program. Improper settings can also cause malfunctions. Before using the winding machine, users should first understand the key points in the manual. Common improper settings include incorrect winding direction, winding width exceeding equipment plan, mismatch between wire diameter and winding machine speed, and incorrect stepping unit. Currently, many manufacturers provide operation training, and users should send dedicated personnel to learn to avoid the problem of not setting the winding machine after changing the winding process.
