The semi-automatic circular winding machine consists of three major parts: the head, the fixture, and the base. The so-called head is the winding group, the fixture is the part that clamps the magnetic ring, and the base is the electrical control part. According to the thickness of the wire diameter, it can be divided into gear type, belt type, edge sliding type, and circular belt type; They all correspond to a certain range of wire diameters. The gear type is suitable for wire diameters ranging from 1.0mm to 3.0mm, the belt type is suitable for wire diameters ranging from 0.25mm to 1.0mm, and the edge sliding type is suitable for wire diameters ranging from 0.06mm to 1.0mm. However, it cannot be completed on a single machine. The round belt type is generally only suitable for products with fine wire diameters ranging from 0.05mm to 0.15mm. The same machine head can only be used for products with different wire diameters and inner diameters after replacing different specifications of wire storage rings, At the same time, the fixture also has a corresponding clamping range. Generally, one person operates one machine. Of course, if the number of turns is very large, one person can operate multiple machines. In principle, the storage ring works through the inner hole of the magnetic ring. Therefore, when the inner hole of the magnetic ring is small or even larger than the width of the storage ring, this type of product cannot be completed on this type of machine. There is also a common mode inductor, The arrangement of common mode inductance wire diameters has certain rules and requirements, and even slightly thicker wire diameters (0.3mm or above) are difficult to achieve on this machine.
Generally, the following consumable parts need to be replaced frequently on semi-automatic circular winding machines:
(1) The wire storage ring, also known as the Shuttle, is one of the most important components on the machine head, used to complete wire storage and winding work; The quality of it directly affects its service life, indirect costs, and the quality of wound products.
(2) The number of support wheels, also known as guide wheels, varies depending on the machine head, and their material is directly related to their service life.
(3) The lifespan of the fixture roller is related to the wire diameter, size, and material of the wound product.
(4) Other consumable components such as belts, edge sliders, etc.
After purchasing the circular winding machine, different storage rings and support wheels need to be replaced according to the wire diameter and size of the production product. Due to the copper wire always sliding out from one side of the storage ring, the storage ring is subjected to uneven force. After a certain period of time, the storage ring and support wheel need to be replaced before production can continue!
The traction type hook needle winding machine does not have much or significant improvement in efficiency, and is mainly operated by the combination of fixture rollers and cylinders. It is mainly used for products with thicker wire diameters to reduce worker labor intensity. Generally, for products with fewer coils, an appropriate length of wire needs to be cut and wound first.
The fully automatic micro magnetic ring winding machine is composed of a vibrating disc, a wire feeding group, a transmission group, a clamping seat, and a material retrieval group. As the name suggests, fully automatic production means that no manual operation is required, and the loading, winding, and unloading of the magnetic ring can be fully automatic. This type of winding machine is mainly designed for micro magnetic rings, with an outer diameter of less than 10mm and a wire diameter of 0.05mm-0.25mm. The biggest difference between this type of machine and manual winding products is that once the debugging is smooth, The quality is relatively stable, and there is no need for too much power consumption. After debugging the stable machine, one person can take care of multiple machines, greatly improving production output and quality.
